Biography

I’m Danstan Ochieng young determined, focus person born in Kiambu County in 1993.Brought up in the slums of Nairobi (Kibera slums the largest slums in Africa).I come from a family of six, two brothers and four sisters and my mum.

Present a worker at smoke signal as a developer mainly html Css java-script and CMS(Joomla)

Went to Nairobits School of digital design where I did web and graphic design at the same time I’m a developer. I finished my high school at Pumwani high in 2011 at Starehe and finished my primary school at Ayany primary school at Kibera. Beside that I have also learnt entrepreneurship program with g.maarifa which was mainly abut mobile marketing and financial literacy and I got a certificate. I’m currently a hockey player at gymkhana hockey club.

With all the education I have been through and where I come from usually motivates me to do a lot and focus so much with my life so that I could give back to the society the same way I have been helped. At school I was the school team hockey player captain which gave me a very important leadership skill since it was a hard task.

I’m a very good designer and a developer I can work with Photoshop, illustrator, firework, html, Css, Joomla and word press. I’m also an artist I can do bead work, make key holders I can make sketches and draw.
